So first of all we need to install three small streaming applications. They are safe, the first one is called TVAnts, you can get it here.
The next one is called Veetle, you can get it here.
And finally, the last one is called TVU, which you will get here.
So install these three applications.

Register an account because that will allow you to save your time zone settings.
Okay, how does it work?
Easy, click on the Live Sport tab and it will show you a list of sports events that are live now. Just select the one you want to watch by clicking the TV icon on the right inside of the event.
You will then see a list of channels (Setanta, Sky, ESPN, etc...) and also on what network. Don't worry about the network, since you installed the three applications above, you should be covered!!
And that is it!!
All free!!
Hint: When in the Live Sport page if you select one of the sport category on the top you will be able to check the schedule for the next few days (Also Rugby is in the Other Sports section).
